ABOUT AMANDA

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 13+ years of clinical experience, I bring my extensive background in trauma work, relationship counseling, conflict resolution and communication into the collaborative team role to help clients navigate one of the most potentially tumultuous times of their lives with greater ease, peace, and support.

As a neutral mental health professional in the collaborative process, I help couples facilitate healthy communication, while reducing conflict and preventing unnecessary trauma, and help them maintain dignity, respect, and compassion while navigating the emotional complexities of separation and divorce.

I am deeply committed to protecting the well-being of both adults and their children during their transition to a new family structure. You can expect to feel seen, heard, and understood by me while also receiving clear boundaries from me to keep your process on track, protect the safety of everyone involved, and make your process as efficient as possible.
