What is
Collaborative Divorce?
Collaborative Divorce is a structured, voluntary, and non-adversarial legal process where couples reach an agreement on all issues—property division, child custody, finances, and support—without going to court.
How is it different from mediation?
With mediation you have one person (a mediator) go between the two parties and negotiate. With Collaborative Divorce you have a team of experts in their field (lawyer, financial advisor, therapist) who are all trained in collaboration and dedicated to helping you reach an agreement.
